Big Ben being a leader

What do good leaders do? They take pressure off other players. Which is what Ben is doing for taking responsibility for the loss. We better quit blaming and start playing better because here come the Raven and we're playing teams on the rise and looking for playoffs.

OH BIG BEN

I actually think the receiver broke his route short both times. So, I'm not even gonna blame him for the loss.

Willie Parker

Freakin Fast Willie out again against Colts!!!

WAIT & SEE

We'll have to wait and see if Ben will play Sunday vs. Colts. Ben Roethlisberger underwent a magnetic resonance imaging examination of his injured right shoulder yesterday, and the Pittsburgh Steelers will wait for the results before deciding.

Roethlisberger makes me nervous

Even in 2005, when Ben was playing awesome, he struggled in the Superbowl. I know he's the big money QB, but he needs to make 2 or 3 reads and get rid of the damn ball. I know a couple of bad games and I'm on him. The truth is I keep telling my friends lets see 1 more year before I jump on the band wagon. Crazy right? I mean he's played like an animal most games...but I just don't trust him when we're down or in a big game. There I said it, no hate mail please! The main thing is I think he tries to do to much. Sometimes it works out and he make a monstrous play. Sometimes he's spinning and throws it up for an interception. 2 or 3 reads and make a damn decision!!!

No D in the capital

I just don't think the Redskins have the D that the Eagles or the Giants have. There is not doubt that if you give big Ben time he will beat you bad. In saying that, I think the Steelers will hand the ball off a lot. Ben has been taking a beating as of late. They know they need to save him if he's going to make it through the playoffs.

FINALLY WE HAVE FAST WILLIE

I'm so glad we have Willie, not that Moore didn't do a great job. He's just a difference maker. We will have Santonio Holmes, also a difference maker. Big step in the right direction

Just a preview of my blog coming up... I really think the Redskins are REAL overrated!

It took me a day!

It took me a day to even look at this site or anything about the Steelers. So many things went wrong and we still just about beat the champs.
1) We were missing to of our big guns... Fast Willie and Santonio "pot" Holmes
2) I know one of the great things about Big Ben is to make more time with his feet, but I thought he really hurt us by not getting rid of the ball. I'm sure some of that has to do with # 1 on my list
3) fs Clark getting hurt was huge!! They couldn't move the ball until he was out
4) Not that I blame Harrison, but when Warren went out it unraveled

A lot of crap on the field. All I can say is I hope we see them in the playoffs!!!
This kind of reminded me of 2005 when the Colt whipped us(I was there on Monday night).

Holmes smoked out

Holmes wont play due to finding weed in his car. They say he had blunts. I guess I have to revoke my earlier statement. It is most receivers that can't or will not control their actions....I don't get it.

NOW HE MIGHT PLAY

The Giants now say Plaxico just wont start. Which means if they get behind, he'll play!

PLAXICO OUT

Hey everyone big mouth is out for the game!!!

SOOOO GLAD WE DON'T HAVE PLAXICO

Google "Plaxico mouth" and let the trash begin. Besides dropping the occasional pass between the numbers, he seems spectacular. But since he had his suspension, I decided to check how much he has matured since leaving the Steelers. As I said I googled "Plaxico mouth" and got about 33,0000 hits. Why is it always the receivers that are like this...Wait we have the baddest (ask Keith Rivers), most consistent, let your play do the talking receiver that roams the NFL!!!

Eli still the second best QB drafted in 2004

His stats speak for themselves. He avoids the rush and breaks tackles like few do? He throws out of the pocket and on the run. And the real question is. Who would you take. Honestly... if you like the Steelers or not who would take? Just think if you were with the Steelers, you wouldn't have to throw or listen to Plaxico. We took that garbage out a long time ago.

WE STILL DEY

The Bengals are still the Bengals... And who do we think we are "We Dey".

Fast Willie goin slow

Maybe the only thing that can slow fast Wille down is a bad wheel. Reports are he felt good early in the week, but after he practiced he felt soreness Tuesday. He then missed 2 days of practice. The weird thing is I love fast Willie, but Mewelde Moore has been great. I thought for sure it would be Mendenhall. I've been very impressed with Moore, what a sign!!

Why the Bengals could be a tough game!

Anyone who has played many sports has came across teams or even individuals like this. Thugs and glory ballers. The Bengals have plenty of both. Chris Henry and newly added Cedric Benson come to mind on the thugs (well criminal) side. And Ocho Stinko definitely cover the glory baller side of things. Maybe Who's-your-mama and Palmer have the heart, but that's the only players that seem to get fired up. It doesn't seem like the team even follows there lead. All I know is when you beat a team down like this, they lay down for you. And they have been gettin beat down all year. So they're ready to roll over, right? Wait a second my friend. I'm sure they think they deserve a 2005 trophy, and they think we stole it. If anything can get these kind of players to show a little heart. Maybe get 85 to actually play. Instead of trying to show how bad he is, so he can play for a different team next year... see Randy Moss. Playing the Steelers is just the thing!!

But Palmer's out: Steelers win 45-3
