Was the money worth it? Alan Faneca
You ever wonder how Alan truly feels about his decision now? I'm sure he'd play it off, but come on you could have been a 2X Superbowl champ. I know you received 32 million over 4 years. I'll never understand, he probably could have had 4 or 5 million a year with the Steelers. When your rich your rich!! 5 million, 8 million, play for a winner, play for a loser. Steelers didn't miss you as much as you thought they would. If it makes you feel better, I thought they'd miss you too!

They say this is the 4Th easiest of all. Last year I complained they had the toughest schedule. Look what happened then. Maybe careful what I wish for. Looks like I'll take my son to the Browns game!? Late game might be to much for a 7 year old. Then again Browns Steelers might be to much

Live near Indy need help
My son came home today and his friends say "Brady kinda likes the Colts"!? WHAT AH YOU WHAT!? " A little bit, but the Steelers are my favorite" he mumbled. One man against the influence of hundreds. I took him to a game last year and thought that would seal the deal. Hey, he's 7, he should think what dad says goes! That's when I decided to change plans this year and every other for that matter. My wife and I are supposed to go to the Bears and Steelers this year (no kids). 2005 I took them to Steelers against the Bears. Pitt killed them of course. I hate to upset my friends but the family is going to Pittsburgh. We don't have the money, don't have time off and just started a new job in September. Well, bigger cause, bring my son to the light, THE NATION.

It's that time of year, anticipation, football in the air. Steelers will be soon be on the clock. Although the "ring collectors" won their 6Th championship. They have a lot of holes to fill! They signed 3 O-linemen, but still have major holes up front. They lost cornerback Bryant McFadden, which in my opinion is a huge loss. Their D-line is getting old, uh, older. They need to address those 3 areas with high quality players. Draft picks won't fill all those holes. So they need a couple old draft picks to step up, like say, James Harrison. Remember he was cut a few times before he blew up. For a Superbowl team this is a very big draft!

Champions
We did it! What a game! I don't know how much more I could take. I was pissed then happy then... I don't know. Then today I hear crap about the refs. That's the same thing we heard after we plucked the Seahawks in Super bowl 40. It gets old. We played the toughest schedule, dominated every playoff game, including the Super Bowl. We are the champions! Hey, I guess the old saying "everybody hates as winner" is true!!

Rod Woodson gets HOF
I believe that is number 19! This is one of my favorites. He was the one I grew up watching. Even went to his restaurant when I was in Pittsburgh back in '95. I was actually at the game when he blew his knee out. I met him a couple days before at his restaurant. He went around talking to people. He was awesome.
